CIVIL SITE ENGINEER COMMERCIAL BUILDING
- Exp: 1-3 Yrs
- Ctc: 2 L
- Two Wheeler is Must
- Only Male Candidate preferred.
- A civil construction supervisor monitors ongoing construction to ensure that the work is being done correctly and the project stays on schedule.
- To Lead a Team of People, Monitor the Raw Material and Monitor the Daily Output.
- Co- ordinate with the Architects, Consultants, Labour Billing and Control various types of Civil Works.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed on deadlines.
- Preparing reports as required and resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
